We love all of our clients at Jessy's Beauty Bar, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Location
Jessy's Beauty Bar is located in a private suite INSIDE of Upper Echelon Spa. Our address is 3501 Boulevard in Colonial Heights, VA 23834.
Policy
Late Policy:
There is a $10 charge for being 15 minutes late. Your appointment may be cancelled after 15minutes past the time of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation
All appointments must be cancelled 48 hours prior to schedule appointment time. If cancelled with 48 hours of appointment and no deposit paid you will need to pay a last-minute cancellation fee. Last -minute cancellation fee is 30% of the total amount of scheduled services.
No Refunds
My products and time are still being used therefore I will not be offering refunds. If you are unhappy with your lash set, I offer a free removal within 48hours of original appointment.
Age Restrictions
Must be 16 years or older, all minors must have parent/legal guardians with them.
All parent/legal guardians must sign parental consent forms before services.
Lash Refills
Must have 40% of lash extensions per eye to be considered a refill. Full set price will be required otherwise. Please book accordingly.
Foreign Fills
I do not offer foreign fills on lash extentions.
